Ceiling: Skim coat / plaster ceiling.

A wide choice of sizes

From 506 sq ft for singles up to 1,076 sq ft for families. If you do not need a full third bedroom, a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom-plus-study layout can be the more efficient buy.

Facilities on site

Podium C includes active outdoor spaces and an elevated playground. Confirm access rights and the delivery schedule for each facility, including the separately listed indoor facilities.

A waterfront location

Danga Bay feels different from the station area. Test your daily route — the distance to the CIQ or RTS is a driving distance, not a walk.

What to weigh up

Completion is 2029 — you are buying from plans, not a finished unit. Serviced apartment maintenance charges are usually higher; work out the full monthly cost before committing.

When is completion?

December 2029 according to the latest APDL. The actual date is subject to construction progress and the sale and purchase agreement. After vacant possession you can carry out a defect inspection first.

What is the actual price?

The APDL lists a range of RM520,000 to RM2,109,000 for Towers 1–3. That is the range across the whole phase, not the price of a specific unit. Current unit prices depend on tower, floor, size and view — I can get you a written quotation for the unit you pick.

How many units and layouts?

704 units across three towers. 16 main layouts: Tower 1 has 7, Tower 2 has 4 and Tower 3 has 5. Sizes run from 506 to 1,076 sq ft.

What does "serviced apartment" mean here?

Serviced apartments are usually strata-titled with commercial characteristics. That affects utilities, assessment tax and maintenance charges compared with a standard residential apartment — I can help you check the project documents and estimate the monthly cost before you sign.

Can foreigners buy?

Subject to approval by the State Authority and the minimum purchase price for foreign buyers in force at the time. It is not guaranteed — I can check the current conditions for the unit you are interested in.

What do you help with through the process?

For new launches the agent's commission is normally paid by the developer, not the buyer. I help you compare layouts, check loan eligibility, and manage the sale and purchase agreement, bank and handover process. I can also go with you to the sales office.

What is still unconfirmed?

The brochure provides building specifications, and the current APDL lists 1–2 parking bays per unit. Confirm the allocation for your selected unit, maintenance charges, facility access and actual travel routes before deciding.
